  12. I appreciate the effective use of white. As a face color it is in a way colorless and could be tinted any shade. The soles of the sneakers of left hand boy are a brilliantly effective design element. Those lines convey a determination of this neutrality of whiteness – in a world which is so tortured by notions of color.
