    ‚The secret of the image………must not be sought in its differentiation from reality, and hence its representative value (aesthetic, critical, dialectical), but on the contrary in its ‚telescoping‘ into reality, its short-circuit with reality. And finally, in the implosion of image and reality.‘
    I have no doubt you know this! But I could not resist passing this on, translated from the wonderful concision of the French.

    • Thank you Sarah, I’m really glad that you like my work! Jean Baudrillard was such a great philosopher and sociologist. Very interesting, I wished only I would have more time to look more into his work. ☺

    • Hi Camila, thank you very much for your kind feedback! This picture is a kind of ‘photocollage’ that consists of three photos: background (wood), a little girl, a photo of a piece of fabric and the moon. For creating my collage I always use ‘Adobe Photoshop’, a image processing program, to merge the photos in a way I like it.
